BEA Award Winners
ELON, N.C. – The Broadcast Education Association (BEA) announced its Festival of Media Arts faculty and student winners on Wednesday, Feb. 7. Elon's Phoenix All-Access finished third nationally in the Television Sports Event Production category for last season's broadcast of Elon women's basketball's Colonial Athletic Association regular-season title win over UNCW inside Alumni Gym.
The game was crewed entirely by Elon students in the School of Communications. Last year, Phoenix All-Access was a Sports Video Group (SVG) finalist in the Outstanding Live Game Production (Collegiate Student) category, as well.
