Looking Back
Elon went 2-1 in the Elon Phoenix Classic last weekend. The maroon and gold defeated Gardner-Webb, 3-2, after a dominating 15-2 victory in the fifth set, while also picking up a sweep over NC Central. Both Kris Harris and Ana Nicksic were named to the Elon Phoenix Classic all-tournament team.
 
Looking Ahead
Following Wednesday's match, Elon will travel to Charlotte, N.C., for the 49er Invitational. Elon will face Tennessee State on Friday, Sept. 20, at 4:30 p.m. before taking on South Carolina State and host Charlotte on Saturday, Sept. 21, at 10 a.m. and 7 p.m., respectfully. The Phoenix returns to Alumni Gym on Friday, Oct. 11, against The Citadel.
