Buy Football Season Tickets

ELON, N.C. – Fans are invited to celebrate the start of the Elon football season at the 2017 Phoenix Kickoff on Friday, Aug. 18, at Rhodes Stadium. The event is free and open to the public, going from 5-8 p.m.
 
Food trucks will be available throughout the evening, as well as inflatables, corn hole and a balloon artist for children in attendance. Fans can pick up football and fall sports schedule posters as well as receive giveaways and prizes throughout the evening. Additionally, the Elon Ticket Office is discounting reserved section tickets (sections 108 and 109) to the Elon vs. Charleston Southern game on Sept. 16 for only $10 (50% off normal price). The ticket discount is available exclusively at the Phoenix Kickoff.
 
All in attendance will have the chance to watch first-year head coach Curt Cignetti and the Phoenix in its second and final scrimmage of fall camp, as the maroon and gold preps for its season opener on Aug. 31 at Mid-American Conference powerhouse Toledo. The scrimmage will begin at 6:45 p.m., with the team taking the field at 6:15 p.m.
 
Additionally, fans are invited to watch the Elon men's soccer team in an exhibition match at 5 p.m. versus Triad rival UNCG just across the way at Rudd Field.
