Actually, my sister played soccer first. And being the littlest. I always wanted to do whatever she did. So big sister was playing soccer. So was I. That was the deal. So, I started playing when I was about three.

I binge a ton of stuff. Criminal Minds. Dynasty. That was really fun. We had Netflix parties and watch that and Money Heist. That was such a good show. I watched All Four Seasons of that in probably two days, which is really not healthy. But you know, it's quarantine. I usually use my Duo lingo app to learn Spanish, but I started to dabble in some French over quarantine. My mom taught me how to make a bunch of the recipes that our family makes in Barbados. That was kind of fun. I'm very bad at it currently, but hopefully I'll get better at it. I read a lot. I read Becoming from Michelle Obama. That was really good.

I'm like, where did you even learn that? That's just insane. Flip out a pocket knife. Just cut some rope or something like, dude, what?
-- Dominguez on why she would want Makenzie DePriest-Kessler stranded with her on a desert island.

On an island with one other teammate, probably Mac, probably McKenzie, simply because I feel like she just knows a lot of random things and probably would survive on a stranded island. I don't know why the girl can survive anything.

So my favorite food is probably pancakes because they're delicious. I mean, there's no really better reason than that. My mom used to make pancakes for me every Saturday when I was little, so I just kind of came a thing. So we did that every Saturday. We had pancakes or we went to Ihop. It was fantastic.

My name is Samantha Dominguez. I'm from Keller Texas. I play on the women's soccer team. I'm a center back. I'm a biomedical engineering major and I'm a junior.
