RICHMOND, Va. - For the third week in a row, Elon University volleyball has secured a conference weekly honor as Haylie Clark was selected the Colonial Athletic Association's Offensive Player of the Week on Monday afternoon, Oct. 4. This marks her first career weekly honor.
 
A senior from Saint Cloud, Fla., Clark finished the weekend with 81 assists (10.13/set), eight kills, a .438 hitting percentage, four service aces, 14 digs and four blocks. On Saturday, she contributed 37 assists with three aces, three blocks and eight digs as Elon defeated Towson in four sets. The effort helped snap the Tigers' 24-match home winning streak. She then posted 44 assists with eight kills, six digs, one ace and one block on Sunday.

She has now reached double-digit assists in 41 consecutive matches and eclipsed 1,500 career assists over the weekend. The setter and right side hitter leads the league with 9.41 assists per set this season.
 
Clark and the Phoenix are back in Schar Center this weekend as Elon hosts James Madison for a pair of 2 p.m. CAA matches on Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 9-10.
