Tryouts for the upcoming 2022-23 dance season will take place April 30-May 1 and will be conducted 100 percent virtually. Tryouts are open to those who will be enrolling at Elon University for the 2022-23 academic year, as well as any current Elon student.

The Elon University Dance team consists of 18-20 members. Primary responsibilities include supporting the Phoenix at all home football and men's and women's basketball games, community relations events, community service events and any other event scheduled by the coach, advisor or athletics administrators. This includes NDA Nationals at the conclusion of each season. Members selected at spring tryouts are required to report to campus early for camp and pre-season practices determined by the coach.
