CARY, N.C. – Elon women's tennis seniors Simone Bergeron and Mariana Reding closed out their stay at the ITA All-American Championships on Tuesday with a consolation doubles match at Cary Tennis Park.
 
Bergeron and Reding were defeated by Georgia's Ranah Akua Stoiber and Anastasiia Gureva. The Bulldogs won the match, 6-4, 6-3.
 
Today's match closed out Elon's four days of play at the ITA All-Americans. The Phoenix now looks toward its next tournament, the Jimmy Powell Invitational, which it will host from Oct. 2-3.
