2025: Named to the All-CAA Third Team • Started all 19 matches for the Phoenix, playing 1,523 minutes in the midfield • Earned CAA Tournament Most Outstanding Player after scoring eight points in Elon's two victories on the way to the conference title • Scored a career-high six points in Elon's 6-4 CAA Tournament semifinal victory against Campbell (11/9) • Set a program record with four assists in the tournament win over the Camels while also adding a penalty-kick goal • Was named to the TopDrawer Soccer Team of the Week following the six-point effort against Campbell • Scored the final goal in a 3-0 victory over Stony Brook (11/16) in the CAA Championship match • Played all 180 minutes of Elon's CAA Tournament run • Led the Phoenix in points (18) and assists (8) on the season • His eight assists were the second most by an Elon player in the program's Division I era • Had a pair of assists in Elon's CAA opener against UNCW (8/30) • Scored goals in consecutive matches against Davidson (9/16) and William & Mary (9/20) • Assisted on Charlie Kitch's game-winning goal against UNCW (10/11) • Logged all 110 minutes in Elon's NCAA Tournament first round match at UNCG and converted for the Phoenix in the penalty shootout • Led Elon with 30 shot attempts on the season 

Prior to Elon: Played two years at St. John's • Played in 17 games as a sophomore in 2024, making 13 starts • Tallied four goals and an assist on the campaign • Netted the game-winning goal against both Villanova and Seton Hall in 2024 • Made nine appearances as a freshman in 2023 

Prep/Club Career: Attended the Craighouse School • Played academy soccer at Universidad de Chile • Made over 60 appearances across five age groups while at Universidad de Chile, making it all the way to the first team at age 19

Personal: Full name is Martin Ignacio Kozak Fernandez • Son of Sergio Kozak and Carolina Fernandez • Has a sister, Monserrat, who played for Chile's U-15 and U-16 national field hockey teams • Plans to major in sport management
