2026 (Outdoor)

Crowned the CAA individual champion in the 3,000m steeplechase, helping the Phoenix win the 2026 CAA Outdoor team title
Clocked 10:35.74 – the No. 7 mark in school history – to win the 3,000m steeplechase
Competed in six total outdoor meets throughout the 2026 season
Won the 2,000m steeplechase (7:19.30) in her Elon outdoor debut at the Phoenix Invitational (March 13)
Ran the 1,500m at both the Phoenix Invitational (DNF) & the Duke Invitational (4:44.27)

2025-26 (Indoor)

Ran the leadoff leg in the DMR at the CAA Indoor Championships, helping Elon place third in the event (11:48.06) & win the championship team title
- The 11:48.06 DMR was the No. 6 time in school history
Ran the mile & 3,000m in three other indoor meets during the 2025-26 season
Clocked season-best marks in the 3,000m (10:06.79, 15th) & the mile (5:08.35, 18th) at the Darius Dixon Invitational (Feb. 13-14)

Before Elon
2024 (Outdoor) (Tulsa)

Was the AAC runner-up in the 3,000m steeplechase, clocking 10:35.34 in the conference championship event (May 10-12)
Ran a personal-best 3,000m steeplechase of 10:29.02 to place fifth at the Drake Relays (April 24-27)
Won the 1,500m at the Arkansas Spring Invitational (April 6) in a personal-record time of 4:38.73
Placed sixth in the 3,000m with a time of 10:09.03 at the John McDonnell Invitational (April 18-19)

2023-24 (Indoor) (Tulsa)

Picked up a point for Tulsa at the AAC Indoor Championships with an eighth-place effort in the 5,000m (16:40.86)
- Also competed in the 3,000m at AACs, finishing 36th in a time of 10:07.48
Set personal-records in the mile (4:51.28, Cyclone Open) & 3,000m (9:38.75, Badger's Windy City Invite) during the 2023-24 indoor campaign

2022-23 (Tulsa)

Made an immediate impact for Tulsa & was voted as the AAC Women's Outdoor Freshman of the Year
Ran in three outdoor meets for the Golden Hurricane
Earned All-AAC honors & placed third by clocking a personal-best time of 10:32.47 in the 3,000m steeple at the AAC Championships
Runner-up finishes in the 3,000m steeple at the Shocker Invitational & KT Woodman Classic with times of 11:13.10 & 11:03.60, respectively
