Hook Scholar-Athlete award, given annually to the Phoenix male and female junior or senior athletes who possess the highest cumulative grade point average…one of 25 SoCon student-athlete recipients of the Coleman Lew Leadership Award based on leadership, academic excellence and athletic achievement in both the college environment and the community.
2009: One of five players to start in all 20 contests…Scored first career goal in 2-0 win over Clemson…also added one assist for a total of three points.
2008: Started in 18 of the 19 matches in which he appeared… named to the league’s all-freshman team.
Prep: Helped coach Michael Magno’s Charlotte United FC ‘89 Gold club team capture the 2004 State Cup… member of the North Carolina ‘90 ODP squad for three seasons (2005-07) and was among the region pool in 2007… National Honor Society chapter president… captained his club squad for seven seasons.
