2014: Ran in seven meets during the season...Was the runner-up at the Elon vs. UNCG dual meet with a time of 16:21.1 in the 5K...Finished third overall at the Elon Invitational with a 8K time of 26:57...Set a new personal-best in the 8K at the Royals XC Challenge with his time of 25:53.3...Also had a new personal-record in the 10K with a time of 34.11.6 at the NCAA Southeast Region Championships.

2013: Ran in five meets on the year...Ran a time of 27:02.9 at the Elon Invitational...Crossed the line with a time of 27:21.7 at the Blue Ridge Open...Finished seventh with a time of 15:41.1 in the men's 5K race at the NC State Three Stripe Invitational.

2012: Competed in six meets on the year...Ran a personal-best time of 33:06.60 in the 10K at the NCAA Regional on Nov. 9...Finished in fifth at the Elon Invitational with a time of 26:47 on Sept. 15...Had a season-best time of 26:37.88 at the Charlotte Invitational on Sept. 28...Clocked in at 26:39.12 at the Southern Conference Championship on Oct. 27.

2011: Posted a career-best time of 26:29.86 at the SoCon Championships…Clocked a 26:35.1 at the Royal XC Challenge in Charlotte, N.C….Finished the Charlotte Invitational in 26:35.58…Claimed 16^th in the College of Charleston Invitational with a time of 26:44.00…Posted a time of 34:48.4 in the 10K at the NCAA Regional.

High School: Named to the cross country all-league first team honors for three straight years (2008-2010)…Earned all-league first team and all-county second team honors in indoor and outdoor track in 2011…2010 all-league first team and all-county honorable mention for outdoor track…Named to the cross country all-county third team in 2008…High school won the NBIL League Championship in 2010 and the Big North Championship in 2011…Recipient of the Polytech Science Award…Member of FBLA at Northern Valley Regional…Owns PRs of 15:52 in the 5K, 4:23 in the 1600-meter and 9:33 in the 3200-meter.
