2012: Named to the All-SoCon First Team after recording the best finish by a male at the 2012 SoCon Championships with a time of 24:53.32 and finished sixth...Set a new school-record in the 10K with a time of 31:35.37 at the Southeast Regional Championships...Crossed the line with a time of 24:16.00 for a new school-record in the 8K at the Royal Cross Country Challenge and a overall finish of fifth...Finished as the runner-up at the Elon Invitational with a time of 25:37...Selected as the Team MVP for the second straight season. 

2011: Set a new school record of 24:49.07 at the SoCon Championships to place 10^th – the best finish for an Elon male in program history…Claimed sixth at the Royal XC Challenge with a time of 24:59.5…Took second at the College of Charleston Invitational with a 25:59.00…Posted the third best 10K time in school history at the NCAA Regional with a time of 32:24.0…Named to the All-SoCon second team and the SoCon All-Freshman team…Earned Team MVP.
