Outdoor: Set a new outdoor school-record in the 3,000-meter run with a time of 9:54.75 at the Campbell Invitational (4/16)…Won the 5,000-meters at the Georgia Tech Invitational with a time of 16:56.97 (4/22)…Was seventh overall in the 5,000-meters at the CAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 17:01.32…Ran a 4:43.68 in the 1,500-meters at the Raleigh Relays (3/26).
 
2014-15
Indoor: Ran in four meets during the season...Clocked in the second-fastest time in school history in the 3,000-meters with a time of 9:39.51 at the ECAC Indoor Championships...Set a new personal-best in the one-mile run with a time of 5:00.17 at the Virginia Tech Challenge...Was sixth in the 3,000-meters at the Hokie Invitational with a time of 9:54.49.
 
Outdoor: Ran the fourth-fastest time in school history in the 5,000-meters with a time of 16:56.13 at the CAA Outdoor Championships...Set a new personal-best in the 1,500-meters at the Elon Invitational with a time of 4:40.34 as the runner-up...Also set a new career-best time in the 800-meters at 2:24.38 at the Elon Invitational...Won the 5,000-meter race at the VertKlasse Meet with a time of 17:46.23.
 
2013-14
Indoor: Competed in five meets during the season...Received SoCon All-Freshman honors in the 3,000-meter and 5,000-meter run...Clocked in a personal-best time of 10:05.97 in the 3,000-meters at the SoCon Championships finishing fifth...Won the 3,000-meters at the Liberty Open with a time of 10:14.05...Had a season-best time of 17:38.98 in the 5,000-meters at the Penn State National Invitational...Received Academic All-SoCon honors.
 
Outdoor: Ran in four meets on the year...Earned All-SoCon Freshman honors in the 5,000-meter run...Finished third in the 3,000-meters at the Joe Hilton Invitational with a time of 10:10.46...Had a time of 4:44.33 in the 1,500-meter run at the Wake Forest Open...Had a season-best time of 17:45.10 in the 5,000-meters at the Raleigh Relays.

2014: Competed in six meets on the season...Earned All-Colonial Athletic Association honors...Broke the school-record in the 5K at the adidas XC Challenge with a time of 17:25 finishing fifth...Was the runner-up at the Elon Invitational with a time of 17:58...Established a new personal-record in the 8K with a time of 21:40.7 at the NCAA Southeast Regionals.
 
2013: Competed in five meets on the season...Earned second team All-SoCon for the second straight year after running a time of 18:14.6 at the league championship meet...Ran a time of 17:56.8 at the Elon Invitational finishing fifth...Clocked a time of 22:10.8 in the 10K at the Southeast Regional Championships.
 
2012: Competed in six events on the year...Ran the second fastest 6K time in school history at the NCAA Pre-Nationals meet with a time of 21:50.6 on Oct.13...Ran the third fastest mark in program history with a time of 17:52.82 at the Southern Conference Championships on Oct. 27 and finished in eighth place...Crossed the line in fourth at the Elon Invitational on Sept. 15 with a time of 18:23...Was part of the duo that won the Demon Deacon Quad on Aug. 31 with a time of 37:28...Named to the SoCon All-Freshman team and earned second team league accolades.
