2013: Ran in seven meets on the year...Ran a time of 27:21.7 at the Blue Ridge Open...Crossed the line in 16th at the Elon Invitational with a time of 27:25.9...Had a time of 27:22.1 at the Southern Conference Championships...Finished 16th with a time of 15:50.4 in the 5K race at the Three Stripe Invitational.

High School: Competed at Boston College High School in cross country and track and field under coaches Seth Kirby and John Normant...Helped the Eagles to a second place Catholic Conference for two straight seasons...Catholic Conference All-Star for three seasons...Earned MVP of the conference...Qualified for All-State in cross country as a junior and a senior...A member of the Eagle squad that made it to All-State for the first time in 12 years...Earned Patriot Ledger All-Scholastic recognition his junior and senior years...Member of the National Honors Society...Helped the Eagles to indoor and outdoor track and field championships in 2011-12.
