2014: Competed in a couple of meets this year...Ran at the Elon vs. UNCG dual meet with a time of 18:02.8...Also had a time of 28:39 at the Elon Invitational.

High School: Indoor and outdoor district champion in the 4x800-meter relay...Helped his team to a 2013 cross country district championship...Finished as the runner up in the 4x800-meter relay in the regional championships...Earned the CNC Indoor Showcase championship in the 4x800-meter relay in 2013.
