2015
Set a new personal-best in the 8K with a 27:00.1 at the CAA Cross Country Championships...Established a new career-best time of 33:46.9 in the 10K at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships...Ran a time of 27:38 at the Elon Invitational...Clocked a 27:28 at the Greater Louisville Classic.

2014
Competed in six meets during the season...Had a fifth-place finish at the Elon vs. UNCG Dual meet with a time of 16:59.8 in the 5K...Ran a season-best 5K time of 16:28.5 at the adidas Challenge...Clocked in a time of 28:18 in the 8K at the Elon Invitational.

High School
Outdoor state qualifier in the one-mile (2014)...Three-time state qualifier overall in cross country (2011, 2012, 2013)...Made the All-County team in track and field during the outdoor season...Also a member of the debate and Delphi Club.
