Indoor: Set a new personal-record in the 1,000-meters with a time of 3:09.30 at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invite...Had a season-best time of 5:08.30 in the one-mile run at the JDL DMR Invitational.

2018-19
Indoor: Competed only at the Wake Forest Invitational in the one-mile and finished with a time of 5:14.51 and was fourth overall.

Outdoor: Did not compete in any meets.

2017-18
Indoor: Competed at the Liberty Elite Invitational (2/10) in her only indoor meet of the season.
 
Outdoor: Competed in four meets on the year…Ran a time of 4:47.93 in the 1,500-meters at the Winthrop Adidas Invitational (3/22)…Had a time of 4:51.47 in the 1,500-meters at the Raleigh Relays (3/31).
 
2016-17
Indoor: Won the 3,000-meters with a time 10:07.79 at the Virginia Tech Challenge…Ran a time of 17:49.56 in the 5,000-meters at the Liberty Elite Invitational…Finished fourth overall in the one-mile run at the Wake Forest Invitational with a time of 5:07.98.
 
Outdoor: Competed in five meets during the season…Ran a 36:21.81 in the 10,000-meters to finish fourth overall at the CAA Outdoor Championships…Clocked a 17:44.66 in the 5,000-meters at the VertKlasse Meeting…Ran a time of 10:33.37 in the 3,000-meters at the Bob Davidson Spring Kickoff. 2019: Competed in four meets for the Phoenix...Clocked a time of 22:58.0 in the 6K at the ECU Pirate Invitational...Ran a time of 23:06.1 at the CAA Championships.

2018: Had a time of 22:57.6 in the 6K at the ECU Pirate Invitational...Ran a time of 22:33.1 at the CAA Championships...Clocked a time of 20:00 at the Queen City Invitational in the 5K...Finished with a time of 14:51.8 at the Elon Opener.

2017: Competed in one meet on the season before missing the remainder of the year due to injury.

2016: Competed in four meets during the year…Was fourth overall at the Elon Opener with a time of 14:21.5 in the 4K…Ran a 18:26.9 in the 5K at the Louisville Classic…Had a season-best time of 23:31.6 in the 6K at the CAA Cross Country Championships.

Prep Career
Competed at East Aurora High School under head coaches Walt and Marty McLaughlin...Named first team ECIC cross country honors from 2011-15...Overall XC Section 6 Champion from 2013-15...Received first team All-State cross country honors...Named the Niagara Gazette Athlete of the Year in 2012-13...Selected the Buffalo News Runner of the Year in 2013-16...A ten-time track sectional champion in the 3,000-meters, 1,500-meters and the 4x800-meter relay...Overall Female Section VI Runner of the Year in track.
