2018
• Earned All-CAA honors after finishing 12th at the CAA Championships with a time of 24:41.8, third-best time in school history.
• Led the Phoenix men in two races - the Elon Opener and the Queen City Invite.
• Was 12th at the Queen City Invite with a time of 25:01 in the 8K race.
• Finished 14th at the ECU Pirate Invitational with a time of 25:10.1.
• Ran a time of 31:55.8 in the 10K at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships.

Prep Career
• Competed at Fleming Island High School under head coaches Jason Poole and Karen Moritz.
• Was a District champion in cross country.
• Finished eighth overall at the 4A state meet in cross country.
• Earned the district and regional championship in the 3,200-meters in track.
