• Sister is currently a member of the Saint Joseph's cross country and track and field team.

• Did not compete in any meets

2021
• Clocked a time of 20:46.5 in the 6K at the Elon Opener (9/3).
• Posted a time of 28:21.8 in the 8K at the Firetower Project (9/17).
• Had a time of 29:23 at the CAA Championships.

Prep Career
• Competed at Spring-Ford Area High School under head coach David Cain.
• Earned first team All-PAC in cross country.
• Was an All-Area honorable mention.
• Helped his team to the 2021 PAC Track and Field championship.
• Helped his program to the PAC Cross Country championship in 2017 and 2020.
