2023-24 (Junior): Appeared in two fall tournaments and one spring tournament… Averaged a score of 75.89 in nine rounds of play…Tied for 70^th in his season debut at the Phoenix Invitational with a 9-over par 222…Carded a 22-over par 238 to tie for 78^th at the Bryan National Collegiate…Had his best finish at the Cutter Creek Invitational tying for 50^th place with a 7-over par 223.

2022-23 (Sophomore): Played in three fall tournaments and four spring tournaments...Averaged a score of 76.85 per round (+5.25 to par)...Made season debut at the JT Poston Invitational, finishing in a tie for 83rd with a 231 (+18)...Tied for 66th at the Phoenix Invitational after carding a 9-over par 222...Finished fall with another tie for 66th at the Grandover Collegiate after registering a 10-over 226...Helped Elon win thee Aggie Invitational after tying for sixth with a 6-over par 222. 

2021-22 (Freshman): His first season as a Phoenix saw him compete in four tournaments and play 12 rounds • Averaged a 75.58 with a 3.83 score vs. par • Made his collegiate debut at the Phoenix Invitational, tying for 42nd with a three-over par 216. He opened the tournament with a season-best round of three-under 68 • Tied for 57th at the Dorado Beach Collegiate after carding a five-over par 221 • Shot a 13-over 229 to tie for 56th at the Donald Ross Collegiate Classic.

Before Elon: Was a four-year letter winner for coach Bob Plyler at Charlotte Country Day and helped lead his team to a third-place finish at the 2019 NCISSA 4A State Championship, the team's best finish since 2011 • A team captain in 2020 and 2021, Gannon was a First Team All-Conference selection in 2019, earned Team MVP honors in 2018 and 2019, and added a Team Effort award in 2018 • A Top-10 recruit in North Carolina for his class, he placed second at the 2019 Western Carolina Junior Championship • Turned in a pair of 10th-place finishes at the 2020 Carolina PGA Junior Championship and the 2020 Bojangles Junior Open • Finished tied for 19th at the 2020 Carolinian Amateur. He also tied for 15th at the 2020 Jimmy Anderson Boys' Junior Invitational, tied for 13th at the 2020 Mimosa Hills Junior Invitational, and tied for 16th at the 2020 Creed Boys' Invitational • Capped off his senior year with a second-place finish at the 2021 Carolina Boys' Junior PGA Championship and tied for ninth at the 2021 North Carolina Junior Boys Championship.
