2022 Outdoor
  • Earned second in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the CAA Championships with a time of 10:44.42 to earn All-CAA honors.
  • Posted a personal-record time of 10:26.00 in the steeplechase at the Duke Invitational, the second-fastest time in school history.
  • Ran a personal-best time of 4:33.71 in the 1,500-meters at the CAA Championships.

2021-22 Indoor
  • Set a new personal-record in the one-mile run with a time of 4:57.35 and finished second at the JDL DMR Invitational.
  • Member of the distance medley relay team at the VMI Winter Relays and helped the group to a time of 13:29.30.

2021 Outdoor
  • Ran a season-best time of 10:45.93 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the CAA Championships, finishing fifth overall.
  • Posted a season-best time of 4:41.23 in the 1,500-meters at the High Point VertKlasse Meeting and was the runner-up.
  • Was the runner-up in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the JMU Invitational with a time of 11:03.80.

2020-21 Indoor
  • Did not compete due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2020 Outdoor
  • Season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2019-20 Indoor
  • Ran in five meets during the outdoor season.
  • Clocked a season-best time of 3:15.38 in the 1,000-meter run at the Darius Dixon Invitational.
  • Posted a time of 10:32.54 in the 3,000-meters at the Carolina Challenge.
  • Finished second in the one-mile run at the JDL January College Kickoff with a time of 5:14.80.

Cross Country

2023
  • Ran in four meets on the year
  • Finished fourth overall at the Winthrop/adidas Invitational (9/30) with a time of 18:45.6 in the 5K
  • Posted a 6K time of 23:30.3 at the CAA Cross Country Championships (10/27)
  • Had a 5K time of 19:22.4 at the adidas XC Challenge (9/15)

2022
  • Posted a 17:46.5 in the 5K at the adidas XC Challenge.
  • Clocked a 21:19.6 in the 6K at the Lehigh Paul Short Run.
  • Finished fifth overall at the ECU Pirate Invitational with a time of 21:40.5 in the 6K.
  • Competed in the CAA Cross Country Championships and ran a time of 22:34.7.
  • Posted a 21:57.8 in the 6K at the NCAA Division I Southeast Region Cross Country Championships. 

2021
  • Competed in six meets on the season.
  • Finished 14th overall at the Firetower Project (9/17) with a time of 18:06.8 in the 5K.
  • Came across the line with a time of 14:44.9 in the 4K at the Elon Opener.

2020-21
  • Competed in all three meets on the season.
  • Ran a time of 19:10.9 in the 5K at the CAA XC Preview
  • Posted a time of 21:55.8 in the 6K at the CAA Championship meet.

2019
  • Ran in five meets on the season
  • Clocked a time of 15:21.8 in the 4K at the Elon Opener
  • Led the Phoenix women with a time of 19:17.5 in the 5K at the Royals XC Challenge
  • Ran a season-best time of 23:03.0 in the 6K at the ECU Pirate Invitational

Prep Career
  • Competed at Harrisonburg High School under coaches Jerry Hertzler and Mary Jo Saunders
  • Helped her team to the Indoor Valley district championship in 2018 and 2019
  • Competed primarily in the 4x800-meters, the 1,000 and the 1,600-meters
  • Named the VHSL Class 5 Female Athlete of the Year
