• Ran distance events for Elon
• Placed seventh in the 10,000 at the CAA Championships with a time of 36:20.50
• Set a new personal best in the 10,000 at the Raleigh Relays with a time of 34:41.05, the second-fastest in program history
• Placed 10^th in the 5,000 at the CAA Championships with a season-best time of 17:18.76

• Ran the 5,000 at the Brant Tolsma Invitational, posting a time of 17:31.44

2023 Outdoor

• Ran the 5,000 and 10,000 for Elon at the CAA Championships, also taking part in the 1,500 during the season
• Ended sixth in the 10,000 at the CAA Championships with a time of 36:38.02
• Broke into Elon’s record book in fourth place in the 10,000 by running a 35:19.78 at the Raleigh Relays to open the outdoor season
• Finished ninth in the 5,000 at the CAA Championships in 16:50.24
• In ninth in the school history in the 5,000 with a time of 16:48.76 at the Wake Forest Invitational
• Ran the 1,500 in 4:32.25 at High Point’s Meet of Champions

2022-23 Indoor

• Ran the 3,000 and 5,000 at the CAA Championships, also competing in the mile during the season for Elon
• Set a personal best time of 9:55.60 in the 3,000 at the CAA Championships to place 14^th overall
• Established an indoor PR time of 17:13.96 in the 5,000 at the CAA Championships, finishing ninth
• That time is good for ninth in program history
• Ran the mile in 5:04.13 at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational

2023

• Ran in five meets on the year
• Posted a personal-best time of 17:24.4 in the 5K at the Virginia Invitational (9/23)
• Clocked in a time of 21:15.0 in the 6K at the NCAA Southeast Regionals (11/10)
• Had a time of 21:52.8 in the 6K at the CAA Cross Country Championships (10/27)

2022

• Finished as the runner-up at the CAA Championships (10/28) with a time of 21:16.4
• Posted a season-best time of 20:31.4 in the 6K at the Paul Short Run (9/30)
• Was third overall at the Elon Opener (9/2) in the 4K with a time of 13:51.0 

Prior to Elon

• Was a member of the Queens University cross country and track and field program from 2020-21
• Awarded USTFCCCA All-American in 2021
• Recorded a top 20 finish at the NCAA Division II Championships
• Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors

 Prep Career:

• 3rd in age group at 70.3 Ironman world championships in 2021
• 2nd at D1 conference championships 2022
