Payment Information The Elon Athletic Ticket Office accepts checks, cash or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Discover). Only credit card orders will be accepted over the phone or online. Checks should be made payable to Elon Athletics.
Refunds/Exchanges/Lost Tickets The Elon Athletic Ticket Office maintains a no refund/no exchange policy on all season and single-game tickets. The Athletic Ticket Office is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
Mailing PolicyTickets can be mailed until the week of the event. If tickets are ordered within a week of the game date, they
must be picked up at the Will Call window prior to the game or at the Ticket Office during the regularly scheduled business hours.
The Will Call window generally opens 90 minutes before football games at Rhodes Stadium, 60 minutes before basketball games in Alumni Gym, and 60 minutes prior to baseball games at Latham Park.
