Alcohol
-It is prohibited to bring alcohol into Rhodes Stadium. Violators will be subject to removal and applicable legal action.

ATM
-While ATM machines are not on site at Rhodes Stadium, a Bank of America ATM machine is located across from the post office on Williamson Avenue near the Elon Police Station.

Banners
-Banners must be approved prior to display in Rhodes Stadium. Call 336-278-6800 no later than 5 p.m. Thursday prior to game day.

Clear Bag Policy
- Elon Athletics has a clear bag policy at all home football games. Patrons bringing bags in Rhodes Stadium must ensure that they are clear bags and no larger than 12" x 6" x 12". Permitted items include clutch purses, diaper bags, items related to a medical condition and factory-sealed bottles of water. Elon Athletics will hand out clear bags provided by The Turner Agency and Farm Bureau Insurance at the main entrance to the first 50 individuals needing them.

Concessions
-Concession stands open when gates open 90 minutes prior to the game and are located throughout the stadium.
-No outside food or beverage may be brought inside the stadium.

Emergency Procedure & Inclement Weather
-In the event of severe weather in the area, an announcement will be made over the public address system and evacuation information will be displayed on the video board.
-All guests inside Rhodes Stadium will be directed to seek shelter.
-When the stadium is approved for re-entry, and announcement will be made via the public address system, video board, and social media, as well as radio and available streaming outlets.

First Aid
-Emergency medical personnel are setup in the concourse area behind sections 207 and 208.
-For assistance, please contact a public safety officer or an event staff member.

Game Programs
-Game programs for Elon football games can be found digitally on elonphoenix.com/program.

Lost & Found
-The Rhodes Stadium Lost and Found station is located in the ticket office at the main entrance to the stadium. Found items should be turned in at this location. Items which are unclaimed on game day can be claimed the following business day by calling 336-278-6800.

Merchandise
-Officially licensed Elon merchandise is available for purchase at the team store on the concourse near the student entrance to Rhodes Stadium.

Parking (Map)
-All parking lots open five hours before kickoff. In 2019, all parking lots will open at 9 a.m. for each of the five regular-season home games.
-Parking permits are required in the Ingold, Hunt A, Global Neighborhood, Barnes, Koury and Oaks parking lots. For more information about how to obtain a parking space in these lots, contact Kayla Timmons with the Phoenix Club at 336-278-6781 or ktimmons@elon.edu.
-Handicap parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis in the Hunt A, Hunt B and Global Neighborhood parking lots.
-Public parking is available for $20 in the Hunt B parking lot, located at Schar Center, and is closest proximity to the stadium. Parking in Arts West is free of charge. Shuttles to and from the stadium will not be provided.
-Limited RV parking is available in Hunt B Parking Lot on a first-come, first-served basis. RV parking is $100 for non-donors and $50 for donors of at least $250. The overflow and free RV Lot is located in front of Arts West. For more information, please contact the Phoenix Club at 336-278-6781.

Playing Surface
-Fans are not permitted on the playing field at any time.

-No re-entry after exiting
-No smoking or use of tobacco products, including smokeless varieties such as electronic cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and vapor cigarettes
-No solicitation or distribution of handouts
-No throwing of any objects
-Violence of any kind

Prohibited Items: Prohibited items at Rhodes Stadium include but are not limited to:
Non-clear bags
Bags larger than 12"x6"x12"
Weapons, firearms, and explosives
Tobacco products of any kind, e-cigarettes
Outside food/alcohol, non-clear sealed beverages
Bicycles, skateboards, hoverboards and rollerblades
Drones
Umbrellas
Whistles/Flags on Poles/Large Banners
Collapsible chairs
 
Permitted Items: The following items are permitted to be brought inside Rhodes Stadium:

Restrooms
-Multiple restroom facilities are located on both sides of the stadium.
-Patrons are not permitted inside Alumni Field House for use of restroom facilities.

Security
-Security personnel may inspect camera bags, pocketbooks and similar items at the entrance gate.
-For assistance at any time, please see a member of the facility's game day staff or security personnel.

Tailgating
-Keep Calm and Tailgate On! Enjoy your favorite tailgating food/drinks along with live music and entertainment on home football Saturdays on the Elon University campus. Tailgating is a renowned Elon football tradition and we pride ourselves on creating a family-friendly atmosphere. All tailgating parking lots are conveniently located near Rhodes Stadium and are a short walk to the game.
