• Son of Lorie Ward and Virgil Cokley • Brother, Devin, played college tennis at Howard and sister, Shaelyn, was a basketball letter winner at Methodist University.

PRIOR TO ELON
Was a member of the George Mason men's basketball team in 2024-25...Saw action in nine games and averaged 2.4 minutes/contest • Scored a season-high six points versus Stony Brook • Made 4-of-7 field goal attempts on the year.

PREP CAREER
Competed for the Christ School in greater Asheville • Led the Greenies to the 2023 and 2024 NCISAA 4A state titles • Two-time All-Carolinas Athletic Conference selection • As a junior, hit 54 3-pointers and shot 38 percent from beyond the arc • On the AAU circuit, starred for TeamCP3 and was a two-time EYBL All-Session selection • Originally committed to Wake Forest.
