Received All-CAA accolades for the fourth straight season with his fourth-place finish at the CAA Championships with his school-record time of 24:11.0 in the men's 8K...Was 12th overall at the ECU Pirates Invitational with a time of 25:08.9 in the 8K...Clocked a 10K time of 31:15.5 at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships and was 49th overall.

2017
Earned All-CAA honors for the third straight season after finishing fourth at the CAA Championships with a time of 25:12.6...Clocked the second-fastest time in school history in the 10K at the NCAA Southeast Regionals with a time of 30:34.2...Named the CAA Runner of the Week on Oct. 17 after clocking a time of 24:39.3 in the 8K at the NCAA Pre-Nationals and finishing 15th overall.

2016
Won his second straight CAA Men's Cross Country Athlete of the Year award...Captured the CAA men's cross country individual championship for the second year with a time of 25:08.1 in the 8K...Set a new personal-record in the 8K with a time of 24:16 at the Louisville Classic finishing sixth overall in the race...Won medalist honors at the Elon Opener with a time of 18.32.8...Was third overall at the NCAA Pre-Nationals with a 24:48.1...Named the CAA Runner of the Week three times.

2015
Named the CAA Men's Cross Country Athlete and Rookie of the Year...Became the first student-athlete to be selected for both awards in the same season...Named the Elon Male Basnight Award winner...Won the CAA men's cross country individual championship with a time of 24:22.3 in the 8K race, the second-best time in school history...Named the Most Outstanding Performer of the CAA Championships...Finished 37th overall at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships with a time of 30:38 in the 10K race.
