Since October of 2022, he has worked with several members of the men's golf program. These players accomplished the following achievements:
  • All-CAA First Team
  • CAA Championship All-Tournament Team
  • Team MVP
  • 4 Time CAA Co-Golfer and Golfer of the Week Honors
  • 1 Individual Victory
  • 8 Top ten finishes
  • 2 Career low scores
Guest, a late bloomer to the game who started playing in his late teens, was a walk-on at Coastal Carolina University. In 1992, playing in his first CGA major, Guest finished runner-up in the South Carolina Match-Play.

"I am very excited and proud to be working with what I think is the best coaching staff in collegiate golf," Guest said. "Coach Don Hill has surrounded his student athletes with great leaders and mentors. These coaches are experts in their respected fields, and I am so honored to be part of this program. Most importantly, we have exceptional young men that want to succeed on and off the golf course. It's our job to see that happen!"
