Elon University Athletics

Rhonda Belton has been the advisor to the cheerleading and dance teams since 2005. She is also a full-time IT director for application technologies at Elon. She received her undergraduate degree in computer science and her MBA from Elon. Belton recently completed her Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration in 2010 from UNCG. Her administrative duties include overseeing the cheer and dance team coach, managing the budget and covering practices and games when needed.
