2011: Posted a season-best time of 19:48.00 at the College of Charleston Invitational…Clocked a 20:08.00 at the Elon Invitational.

2010: Did not compete...Member of the SoCon Academic Honor Roll.

Indoor Track:
2010-11: Finished sixth in the 3,000m at the State Farm Games with a time of 11:21.38.

Outdoor Track:
2010-11: Did not compete…Member of the SoCon Honor Roll.

High School: All-state cross country selection in 2009…All-conference selection in 3,200-meter run in 2010…Finished third in the 3,200-meter run at the 2009 North Carolina indoor state championship…Helped cross country team to a second-place finish at the North Carolina State Championship…Recorded PRs of 19:20 in the 5K and 11:40 in the 3,200-meter run.
