2016 (Senior): Saw action in all 19 matches and made six starts in her final season as a Phoenix … Tallied a goal and an assist for three total points … Scored the game-winning goal during her second start of the season, leading to a 1-0 victory at Western Carolina (9/4) … Assisted the game-winning goal against Towson (9/23) in a 2-1 overtime victory … Played a total of 725 minutes and recorded nine total shots.

2015 (Junior): Played in 17 matches and made 13 starts … Registered one shot in 792 minutes of action … Saw most of her action at outside back but made some appearances in the midfield … Helped the team defensively record eight shutouts during the season and the team only gave up 19 goals for the season, for a 1.00 goals against average.
 
2014 (Sophomore): Henson played in 10 matches, starting in 5 of them… Scored once against Coastal Carolina, which was the game-winning goal…Played in two shutouts for the Phoenix.
 
2013 (Freshman): Played in 14 matches on the year...Tallied one assist during the season...Attempted six shots during the season...Had an assist on Oct. 13 versus Furman.

Prep Career: Three-time all-conference and all-region selection… Two-year team captain… Named Hickory’s Offensive Player of the Year as a freshman and Defensive Player of the Year as a sophomore… Named a NSCAA Scholar All-America Athlete in 2013… Helped Hickory to a conference title in 2010 and an appearance in the state semifinals… Club Career: Led club team to 2013 NC State Cup title… Helped club team to a first-place finish at the Region III Premier League East in 2012… Helped club team advance to the NC State Cup finals in 2011 and semifinals in 2010.
