At Elon
2026 (Outdoor)
  • Helped lead the Phoenix to its second straight CAA Outdoor Championship team title with a runner-up finish in the 1,500m (4:24.16)
  • Moved into No. 6 all-time in school history with a personal-record 4:19.75 in the 1,500m at the Wake Forest Invitational (April 16-17)
  • Clocked another personal-best mark with a 2:08.61 in the 800m at the Duke Invitational (April 10-11) & moved up to No. 4 all-time at Elon
  • Won the 800m (2:16.56) & finished second in the 1,500m (4:34.23) at the season-opening Phoenix Invitational (March 13)
2025-26 (Indoor)
  • Won her first individual conference title, clocking 4:46.96 in the mile to help Elon clinch the 2026 CAA Indoor Championship crown
    • Added another six points to Elon's conference title, helping the Phoenix finish third in the 4x800m relay (9:01.19)
  • Ran a personal-record 4:45.70 – the No. 3 mark in school history – in the mile at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational (Feb. 13-14)
  • Started the indoor campaign with a third-place finish in the 3,000m (9:51.02) at the Liberty Open (Jan. 23-24)
2025 (Outdoor)
  • Delivered nine total points for the Phoenix across two events at the CAA Outdoor Championships, helping Elon win the team title
    • Finished fifth in the 1,500m (4:26.32) & was part of Elon's fourth-place finish in the 4x400m relay (3:44.79)
  • Clocked a season-best 4:25.62 in the 1,500m to place fourth at the Charlotte Invitational (April 25-26)
  • Added another season-best mark the following week with a 2:13.18 in the 800m at the Duke Twilight (May 4)
2024-25 (Indoor)
  • Competed just twice in the 2024-25 indoor campaign
  • Helped Elon finish sixth in the 4x800m relay (9:10.92) at the CAA Indoor Championships (Feb. 26)
    • The 9:10.92 mark was the No. 8 time on Elon's all-time indoor list
  • Started the indoor season with a personal record in the 3,000m (9:47.80) to finish second at the Liberty Kickoff (Dec. 5-6)
2024 (Outdoor)
  • Scored points for the Phoenix with a fourth-place finish in the 1,500m at the CAA Outdoor Championships
    • Earned the 12th & final qualifying spot for the 1,500m final with a time of 4:44.78 in prelims & then burst to a 4:33.16 effort in the final
  • Recorded a personal-best 4:28.03 in the 1,500m at the Charlotte Invitational, moving to No. 10 on Elon's all-time list
  • Won the 800m at the Charlotte Invitational with a personal-best time of 2:13.25
2023-24 (Indoor)
  • Clocked 5:00.23 to finish sixth & secure points for Elon in the mile at the CAA Indoor Championships
  • Set personal records in both the mile (4:53.36) & the 3,000m (9:53.21) at the Doc Hale VT Meet
  • Won the mile & 3,000m events in her collegiate indoor debut at the Brant Tolsma Invitational
