Jackson Webb joined the Elon Athletics Facilities and Events Staff in September of 2025. He currently serves as the Assistant Director of Event Management and Facilities. Webb is an Elon class of 2023 graduate. 
 
Before returning to Elon in a full-time capacity, he most recently served as the Facility Operations Manager with the High Point Rockers Baseball for the summer of 2025. 

After Elon, he joined the Burlington Sock Puppets full time in 2023 as the Stadium Operations Manager after interning for the Burlington Sock Puppets during the 2021 & 2022 seasons. He was elevated to the Director of Sockville in the fall of 2023 and served in that role until the fall of 2024.

Webb, an Elon graduate, returns to the Phoenix facilities athletics staff after working as a student. During his time as a student, he served as an event management and facilities assistant.

A Burlington, N.C. native, Jackson graduated with a bachelor's degree in sport management Elon in 2023.
