Elon University Athletics

Jeffrey Scheible serves as the senior associate athletics director for internal operations and member of the department’s executive leadership team. His sport oversight responsibilities include men’s basketball, women’s soccer, men’s golf, women’s golf and softball.

Since arriving at Elon in 2010, Scheible has held various roles within the office of athletics compliance while also serving as department liaison for campus partners: admissions, residence life, financial aid, technology, legal, and global education. He has served on numerous committees at Elon, some of which include Technology Champions, Staff Development Council, Elon University Data Group, Information Security Advisory Committee, Healthy Elon and the Infection Disease Response Team. Scheible also represents athletics as a data trustee and a risk management steward.

Scheible is a 2005 alumnus of the University of Notre Dame and earned a master's degree in business administration from Elon University in 2013. He and his wife Melissa have two children and two dogs.

Scheible holds certification with the National Association for Athletics Compliance.
