Elon University Athletics

Josh Neptune started as the Director of Operations for Elon men's soccer in July 2026.

Prior to his time at Elon, Neptune served as the associate head coach at Wake Tech Community College, helping Wake Tech reach the NJCAA D2 Region 10 Conference Final for the first time in 15 years. Neptune also has coaching experience with North Carolina Footabll Club and Green Level High School. 

Neptune is a 2020 graduate of Radford University and played soccer under current Elon head coach Marc Reeves with the Highlanders in 2016.
