Megan Maxwell

Megan Maxwell joined the Elon staff in June of 2025. She currently works as the assistant athletic trainer with the baseball program. 

From 2023-2025, she received her Master’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. While working as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at UNC, she worked with the baseball and wrestling teams. During her time there, both teams experienced conference championship wins and the baseball team made a run in the College World Series in 2024.

Before that, Megan received her Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training with a minor in General Psychology from The Ohio State University in 2023. She is a native of Mansfield, Ohio.

She is an active member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association.
