Olivia Bush joined Elon Athletics in January of 2026 as the Assistant Director of Marketing.
Bush assists in the implementation of marketing and fan engagement initiatives for all of Elon's 17 Division I sports.
Bush came to Elon from Campbell University, where she served as a marketing graduate assistant and was the primary point of contact for Fighting Camels Volleyball.
She also has experience working at Washington State University, where she interned with the Cougars' Athletic Marketing and Fan Experience department for two years and worked as a student supervisor with Athletic Event Management and Facilities for three, getting the opportunity to help assist when the University hosted the first rounds of the NCAA Women's Soccer and Volleyball Championships.
Bush earned bachelors degrees in sport management and marketing from Washington State in May 2025, while also earning a certificate in professional sales. She has additionally completed internships with the Tacoma Rainiers in Corporate Partner Services, and the Burlington Sock Puppets in Marketing and Fan Engagement.
