Sarah Dawkins joined Elon Athletics in February 2026 as the Assistant Director of Development. In this role, she supports athletics fundraising initiatives that enhance the student-athlete experience, and makes strategic efforts to engage the broader Elon community with Elon Athletics.
Sarah began her fundraising career as a Development Assistant with the NC State Wolfpack Club, where she worked closely with donors to support their needs and assist with inquiries related to membership renewals, ticketing, gift allocation, and upcoming events. She also contributed to the planning and execution of events for all types of members, including former student-athletes, the Junior and Student Wolfpack Club, and major-gift donors in the Red Wolf Society.
Sarah returns to Elon after previously graduating with the Class of 2025, earning undergraduate degrees both in Sport Management and Economics. As a student, she was actively involved in undergraduate research, multiple student organizations, and completed internships with the Atlantic Coast Conference, Carolinas Golf Association, and Elon Athletics.Â
