#2 Clemson Beats Elon 7-1

CLEMSON, SC-- Wojtek Krakowiak scored four goals in leading second-ranked Clemson to a 7-1 win over Elon College, Wednesday night.

The Tigers have won 11 straight while improving their record to 16-1. Elon falls to 5-11-1 on the season.

Elon's lone goal came in the 59th minute when freshman Duran Martin found the back of the net for his eighth goal of the year.

The Fightin' Christians will host Radford on Saturday at Bakatsias Field, beginning at 2:00 p.m. This will be the home finale for seniors Scott Backman, Bryan Beaney, Drew Moss and Brian Nieberline. Clemson also returns to action on Saturday when they travel to Maryland for a 7:00 p.m. kickoff.
