RICHMOND, Va. – Elon graduate men's soccer player Jackson Leavitt has been named the 2025-26 CAA Male Scholar-Athlete of the Year, as announced by the conference Thursday.
Leavitt compiled a 3.8 grade point average while completing his undergraduate degree in business administration with a double major in Finance and Business Analytics. He is currently pursuing a master's degree in business analytics, and holds a 3.91 GPA. Leavitt has been a member of the CAA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll and Elon Athletic Director's Honor Roll in all nine semesters, made the President's List four times and the Dean's List once. In 2025, Leavitt was recognized as a United Soccer Coaches Second-Team Scholar All-American, as well as being named to the USC Scholar All-South Region team and the CSC Academic All-District squad.
On the field, Leavitt earned first-team All-CAA accolades in 2025 after leading the conference and ranking among the top 10 nationally in goals against average (0.57) and save percentage (.843). His program-record 12 shutouts were the most by a CAA goalkeeper since 2018. Leavitt also made the CAA All-Tournament team after helping lead the Phoenix to its first CAA Tournament title and a berth in the NCAA Tournament. He made the USC All-Atlantic Region second team.
In addition to his academic and athletic achievements, Leavitt traveled to Brazil with the men's soccer team, conducting a youth clinic for young Brazilian players. He has worked as a financial analyst intern with Northrop Grumann and as a private equity intern with Benford Capital Partners.
