BUY TICKETS HERE ELON, N.C. – The Elon Department of Athletics today announced that season tickets are now on sale for the 2009-10 women’s basketball season. Head coach Karen Barefoot’s slate features 14 home games, including its annual Education Day game and the Phoenix Classic presented by Comfort Inn tournament.
Season tickets cost just $40 and are $20 for Elon faculty and staff. Also available is a combo ticket which allows admission to all of Elon’s home women’s and men’s contests. The combo ticket costs $130 and is just $65 for Elon faculty and staff. Phoenix fans can purchase tickets on-line at www.elonphoenix.com or by calling the ticket office at 336-278-6750. Doors to Alumni Gym will open one hour prior to tipoff.
The 2009-10 season tips off an exhibition contest against the Apprentice School on Nov. 8 at 2 p.m. from Alumni Gym. Elon will open the regular season with the Phoenix Classic presented by Comfort Inn on Nov. 13-14 against Youngstown State (7 p.m.) and Navy (9 p.m.), respectively.
