ELON, N.C. -- Heavy rains in the Elon area on Saturday evening forced the postponement of the Phoenix football team's scheduled second practice of the day. Due to the cancellation, the maroon and gold's scheduled scrimmage on Sunday has been moved to a 9:30 a.m. start inside of Rhodes Stadium.
Elon will host its annual Fan Appreciation Day on Saturday, August 17 during its preseason football scrimmage. The gates at Rhodes Stadium will open at 5:30 p.m. with the scrimmage set to begin at 6 p.m. For more information, click HERE.
