The profiles will give fans, family and friends an inside look at the two-time defending Southern Conference tournament champions prior before the start of the regular-season on Aug. 30 vs. Northeastern in the Duke Classic in Durham, N.C.

 Our next player in the player profile series is junior goalkeeper Nathan Dean, a native of Liverpool, England. A two-year starter, Dean played every minute between the posts last season and led the Southern Conference in saves with 84 and had a GAA of 1.35. He also helped anchor a backline defense that posted seven shutouts on the year, including three versus ranked opponents. An economics major, Dean was also named to the SoCon's All-Academic team in 2012.
