Darren Powell announced on Wednesday, Feb. 12, the addition of five student-athletes to the program for the 2014 season. The Phoenix welcomes the class of Elijah Agu (Cary, N.C./Athens Drive), Luis Argudo (New York City, New York/Francis Lewis), Eduardo Alvarez (Reitoca, Honduras/Greensboro Day School), (Matthew Jegier (Charlotte, N.C./ Providence) and Connor Mansfield (Greensboro, N.C./Greensboro Day School) to the maroon and gold next season.

Elon also has an incredible soccer program, making it to the second round of the NCAA Tournament last year with the potential to go all the way."
