ELON, N.C. – The Elon University Department of Athletics has announced two winners for the football season tickets renewal contest that took place earlier this spring.
 
Marvin Crowder of Southern Pines, N.C., won a travel package with the Elon football team to Williamsburg, Va., on Nov. 8 when the Phoenix takes on William & Mary in a key CAA Football battle.
 
Don Blalock of Whitsett, N.C., won two sideline passes for all six of Elon's home games this upcoming season. Following its season opener at Duke on Aug. 30, the Phoenix opens its home slate versus Triad rival North Carolina A&T on Sept. 13 at Rhodes Stadium.
