ELON, N.C. – With the 2015 season just around the corner for the Elon football progrram, the Elon Department of Athletics has announced the return of the Inside the Elon Huddle luncheons and the Elon Football Live weekly radio shows for the 2015 year. The first luncheon will be held on Monday, Aug. 31 and the first radio show will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 1.

Inside the Elon Huddle presented by Wells Fargo and hosted by the Phoenix Club is held on Monday at noon at the Best Western Plus on Huffman Mill Road in Burlington. For $10 per week, Phoenix fans can come and enjoy a lunch provided by Grill 584 and hear from Elon head coach Rich Skrosky about the latest game and upcoming opponent. Phoenix players will be on hand to answer questions from fans each week. Each luncheon will also feature video clips.

Elon Football Live presented by Select Bank and Trust will air live from the Fat Frogg Bar and Grill in Elon. The show is broadcast live on WSML 104.5 FM and 1200 AM as well as online at elonphoenix.com. The show will air from 7-8 p.m. with all but the first two shows broadcast on Thursday nights. In week one, the show will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 1. The following week, the broadcast will air on Wednesday, Sept. 9. Fans are encouraged to come out and meet Coach Skrosky and ask questions about the Phoenix program. Elon football color commentator Taylor Durham returns to host the program. Fans can also tweet their questions to @ElonRadio.
