ELON, N.C. – Elon University volleyball concludes its road swing with a trip to Williamsburg, Va. this Wednesday, Oct. 30 for a 7 p.m. CAA meeting with William & Mary.

SERIES HISTORY
The Phoenix earned a 3-1 win over the Tribe (6-15, 2-18) back on Oct. 20 at Schar Center. W&M took a close first set 25-23, but Elon won the next three to improve to 9-5 in the all-time series. The win marked the third straight against the Tribe.
Leah Daniel posted a .255 clip with a match-high 19 kills and
Kellyn Trowse added an 18-kill, 12-dig double-double to pace Elon's offense.
Kodi Garcia chipped in 28 assists,
Haylie Clark recorded a 25-assist, 23-dig double-double, and Daniel and Clark each served two aces.
Jordan Gower reached double-digit digs with a match-high 16, and
Natalie Cummins was close to her season-high with seven blocks.
Elon is looking to sweep W&M in the regular season for the second straight season and fourth time in the last five years.
PHOENIX LOOKS TO SNAP TWO-MATCH SKID
It was a rough trip north for the maroon and gold this past weekend as Elon dropped a pair of CAA matches at Hofstra and Northeastern. The Phoenix fell to the Pride in four sets last Thursday, then followed with another 3-1 defeat to the Huskies on Saturday. The two losses drop Elon to 11-13 overall and 5-5 in conference play. The Phoenix is currently tied for fourth in the league standings with Northeastern.
ELONÂ RETURNS HOMEÂ FOR SENIOR DAY WEEKEND
After the trip to W&M, Elon returns to Schar Center for its last two home matches of the season. The Phoenix opens the weekend against UNCW this Friday, Nov. 1 in a 7 p.m. match. The team then hosts Charleston this Sunday, Nov. 3 at 1 p.m. in what marks Senior Day for the program. Elon will recognize seniors Elizabeth Coil and Nori Thomas prior to first serve against the Cougars.
