High School: A three-sport letter winner at Berkeley Preparatory School, Trowse was a four-year volleyball player, a four-year basketball player and a three-year track and field athlete…In volleyball, helped lead Berkeley to the Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) Final Four in both of her junior and senior seasons, leading the Buccaneers to a 30-2 record as a senior on the way to winning the state championship in a five-set match where she finished with 17 kills on the way to earning Second Team All-State…Trowse was also named to the Berkeley Prep Invitational All-Tournament Team as a senior while picking up the team's Coaches Award and the Stallings Award, which recognizes the achievements of female athletes at the school…Played on the USA Volleyball High Performance A1 Team in 2014...Played on the Florida High Performance Volleyball Team from 2015-17, winning first place in the National abd International USAV High Performance Championships each year with Team Florida...Was selected to the USAV High Performance Volleyball International Youth All-Star Team in 2016...In track and field, Trowse was a regional finalist twice, finishing fourth place in 10th grade and third place 11th before being a district champion as a senior…In basketball, was a team captain as a senior and earned the team's MVP award while also winning Coaches' Award in each of her first three years…Played club volleyball for Tampa Elite and OTVA Elite...Was a member of National Honors Society, Social Sciences Honors Society and National English Honor Society while also serving as a Writing Center Peer Tutor and for Global Scholars and Prom Committee while making the Headmaster’s List all four years in high school.
