ELON, N.C. - After scoring a beautiful goal in Elon's game Wednesday night, March 27, at No. 23 High Point, the goal has been recognized as the top play of the night on SportsCenter's Top 10 plays.

In the first half, Gillian Curran used some fancy footwoork of her own to shake her defender on the right side of goal. She found Kaley Thompson cutting down the middle and fed her to setup the chance. Thompson took the ball, took her stick behind the back and fired the ball past the HPU keeper for the goal.
