ELON, N.C. – With the 2019 Elon University football season set to get underway next weekend, Elon Football Live returns Thursday, Aug. 29, at Magerk's Pub and Grill. Elon Football Live is the exclusive chance for fans to hear directly from head coach Tony Trisciani less than 48 hours before the Phoenix takes the field each Saturday.

Each week, the show can be heard exclusively online via Elon Sports Vision and the TuneIn app starting at 6:30 p.m. and is again hosted by Elon football play-by-play voice Taylor Durham. The show will be held each Thursday night throughout the season and with the exception of the open weekends on the schedule.

Elon Football Live, presented by American National Bank, is the perfect chance to meet Coach Trisciani and hear his thoughts about the Phoenix football program, which is ranked No. 21 in the country entering 2019 after making back-to-back runs to the FCS playoffs in 2017 and 2018.

"We are excited to partner with Elon Athletics and further our great relationship with the University," said Magerk's owner John Dolaway. "A shared goal of ours is to deliver the best fan experience while continuing to build a strong relationship with Elon University and our community."

Elon football radio broadcasts will air exclusively online through Elon Sports Vision and the TuneIn app each Saturday. Durham will again be joined in the broadcast booth by color analyst Matt Krause.
