Elon, N.C. – Elon University men's tennis and head coach Michael Leonard have announced the signing of Oskar Antinheimo to the program's 2021-22 recruiting class.
 
"We are thrilled to add Oskar to our program," head coach Michael Leonard began. "Oskar came on a visit and right away fit in with the guys on the team. He has tremendous potential on the tennis court and we cannot wait to see his game develop."
 
A native of Helsinki, Finald, Antinheimo most recently attended Helsingin Suomalainen Yhteiskoulu where he achieved a UTR rating of 12 per tennisrecruiting.net. He has also been ranked as highly as 483 in the ITF Junior Rankings in singles play per itftennis.com.  He is currently ranked number 3 in Finland of the U18 rankings and 16 in the Men's rankings.
 
Antinheimo will join the maroon and gold beginning in August of 2022 and is currently undecided on a major.
